The gist of it
I get passionate about teams and projects that combine innovation and a thoughtful, sustainable vision for the future. I like to work as a catalyst to success, via a holistic approach to innovation focused on technical excellence, solid design process and sustainable strategy.
I have close to 15 years of professional experience in all-things tech and innovation – from tech support to researcher, with a solid background in software engineering, AI, data science & NLP (incl. a PhD). In 2022 I studied at ENSCI-Les Ateliers to become a certified expert in sustainable innovation through design, a degree that allowed me to broaden my horizons and skillset.
I've recently finished a 6-month mission as an innovation designer at the French Ministry of Finance and Economy, after spending 2015 through 2021 in C-level or leadership positions in tech in the startup ecosystem. These years in startups allowed me to grow a lot as a leader, and taught me how to grow and help my team reach their potential individually and as a group, through coaching and a culture of openness.
Equipped with a growth mindset, a good understanding of both technology and business worlds, I welcome change and challenges and strive to lead by example.
I am a strong believer in the virtues of diversity in the workplace.
